The staff is utterly nice (how they are supposed to be) and my drinks have all come out great here but the location is hard to access. You have to be driving east bound on Colfax to enter and can only turn right when leaving.
Also- the drive-thru line gets so long and with how it’s set up you have to wait on the side street until there is enough room and make sure to leave a space so people can exit. Give up on trying to park and walk up because you’ll get stuck in their parking lot.
It’s so new and so sad how terrible the set up is.
Happy to enjoy my frozen coffee. Frozen Cocomoco was delicious. I think they did a great job balancing the coconut and mocha flavoring. Super happy and friendly service.

Best coffee shop ever!! And this is coming from someone who literally has a Starbucks in their backyard. Of course separated by a fence, thank goodness. I would happily and proudly hang a Dutch Bros banner from my fence which backs their drive thru and faces the front of their store.

Absolutely love this place. Drinks are amazing (All of them) Staff is so fun and friendly. Also love the app an the point system. The menu is great tells you the drink and flavors so you get exactly what you order. They also have treats for your furry friends. Lines can get kinda long, but absolutely worth it for the fun and drink's. Don't miss out!

The two employees we encountered were extremely hospitable and nice. The coffees are extremely well made. Dutch Bros is soon becoming a go-to stop every time I'm in Colorado.
Easily the worst dutch bros customer service I had. The only store out of 15 where no one acknowledges youre standing at the front window waiting to order for 15 minutes, even with eye contact from multiple staff. People don't have time to waste during lunch breaks.

We ordered coffee and waited for 20 minutes for it. Multiple people ordered well after us and they got served quicker than we did. We only ordered 2 coffees. By the time they gave us ours, my frozen coffee was complete liquid. I went up to ask for another one and they gave me the wrong flavor. By this point, we had waited long enough so I left. Definitely not a great experience at this Dutch bros.
